well i pulled my left side seal. the bike had been running away and the seal is missing the entire middle lip on it which explains all of the air leaking. i got to looking at my bearing and it looks pretty gunky. idk a better word for it. theres no play in the bearings. is it normal to have such a greasy oily bearing? i mean it makes sense as bearings need oil and grease.

yea they will have premix oil on them....thats what the port holes on the cases by the crank are for
it also could have dust and grit combined with the oil if your stator cover gasket was leaking too. sucking air with dust.
WD40? Kerosene?
If it is grit and such I would recommend replacing the bearings, dirt would do all sorts of damage in there.
