Hey guys, i would like to get my bars a little higher and i heard the banshee stem works. Is this true? If it is do i need to modify anything and do i need ne cables like clutch and throttle. Any info would be great.

Yes, thanks 305. a section the bottom of the steering stem has to be turned down to fit in a blaster.

My father and I cut the end of the blaster stem out and welded it in the banshee stem. It was rather difficult and took a lot of time to make sure it was straight and true. I am very happy with the result though. Feels like a bigger bike and not as cramped.

burgard makes a +2 antivibe stem for 200 bucks. but either the riser idea or turned down banshee stem is a good idea. rocky mountain sells handlebar risers for 20 bucks also. tusk makes em.
