banshee Blew up

Today my friends banshee blew up.We went riding for 2 hours prior to it blowing and it was fine. We let it sit and we went riding again. We went about 30 min and it started to backfire like crazy. We had to get back so he rode it like that for 10 min until it just died. When he trys to kick it theres very little compression. What could of happened?

Might have developed an air leak and burned down a cyl. Go to Banshee HQ to get better answers. Do a leak down test.
