not. A lot of auto parts stores carry a tool of a different brand made exactly like that. I bet you can get that sort of tool next day at 2 out of every 3 auto parts stores you walk into. Print out that page (or write down that part number) and call around asking locally who carries KD tools. Find one who does and ask them to get that number. If no one around carries KD tools, carry a printed copy of that page into your local auto parts store and ask if they can get one like that. It will pop that tie rod end (that's what it is BTW) in about 1/3 of a second.
