bad to start engine if your on the throttle???

is it bad to start the engine if your on the throttle???

because I heard someone say that on projectblaster forums

it can flood it. and besides just use the choke instead of giving it throttle when starting it

yea i use the choke to start, but when its warm i feather the throttle and it starts stronger than no throttle.

yeah it wont hurt it if it is already warm, if you just give it a little gas it wont flood it unless you cant get it started and you keep kickin it
