I finally got all my parts together, got it all back together and got it on the road today, for about twenty minutes. I had to replace the tranny side crank seal so everything in the tranny side basically had to come out. To make a long story short, the primary gear nut came off while it was running. It screwed up the threads on the crankshaft and the nut, and put a nut sized hole in my side cover. Got another nut ordered, going to re-thread the crankshaft, and got a new side cover coming also. I have had this thing fixed three times now and have ridden it for a total of about thirty minutes. I should have bought a freakin Honda.

lol i had an Honda and they also break unless you're a GREAT MECHANIC!

PD: Nothing is perfect!!

I've seen and had this happen before.Never a good site.Use loctite and torque it to spec. There is no washer on the primary drive gear nut. Also you can use the nut on the kickstarter,it is the same thread pitch and practically the same nut. Then you can fix it and still ride.Good luck.

I will use a nylon locking nut and locktite this time. Now I just have to wait on my new clutch assembly to get here (a prong was broken off of the clutch basket, a bolt was broken on the pressure plate, and the clutch was slipping a little so I ordered all new). Also ordered a new side cover for the tranny side. All should be here by Tuesday or Wednesday.

lol it cracks me up when people talk down about thier machine when its them doing the work on it.... "oh grumble grumble grumble i didnt do my repair right now it broke STUPID BLASTER grumble grumble grumble" should have bought a honda that i could not take care of and brake.

Dam bro you got the parts ordered fast LOL...

On the rebuild buy the correct bolts and washers you need. Like the lock washers for the clutch and such. All the ones where the manual tells you to get new. Also since you have to take the clutch apart you have to buy a new conigal spring washer for behind Clutch basket. Dont forget to torque everything to spec. I am a stickler when it comes to torque specs They are givin for a reason....

My blasty has been giving me all kinds of sh*t. You gotta realize if it doesn't run, it's because you broke or overlooked something. Unfortunatly I don't know what I'm overlooking. lol Persistence and take the time do do every repair the correct way. And what they said...no H word around here. lol

HONDA:O no no no
just make sure everything is done completly correct
once yhu get it running correct youll love it and see why yhu shouldn of bought a honda :D

does anyone know where i can get the conical spring washer? im in desperate need of one over here in the uk, and cant find one anywhere :( anyone helping will get rep :) :)
