I took the stator cover off this kdx 200 and there was a little oil in very bottom.so I thought bad crank seals so I put a vacuum pump on the crank vent nipple and it holds vacuum.wouldn't it leak if it was the seals on the crank?wasn't but a very little amount of oil and none was on the flywheel so I'm guessing its a tiny leak especially if its holding vacuum.any ideas?

remember how long this thing sat, just rebuild the carb and see how it runs

True....but a leak is a leak.I'm going to get it all going and monitor the seals.I cleaned all the oil up so we will see.

Just replace both the seals and be done, its easy. Take clutch cover off and the primary gear off the crank and that seal should pop out. Then take that flywheel off and it should pop out too. They are only like $10. a new top end is what, $150?
