i have a 05 blaster and it starts after about 10 kicks and boggs sown when you give it gas and there is a knocking noise anyone know whats wrong?
does it need a rebuild or something more simple?

Sounds like you need to do a compression test to see if it needs a rebuild.

As said above do a compression test and see what it reads.Sounds to me like piston slap and time to rebuild the top end.

did you check it with a compression tester..should be at least 120psi....i think you said in another thread that it had a burning smell...i said there that it sounds like a crank seal.

ok thank you i found a guy to rebuild it and i gotta earn some money on ebay
