the fact of the matter is no1 forces you on a quad. It is a choice no matter what. The parents choose to buy it. the kid chooses to ride it. If you don't know the risks going in then it is your fault. There are people to be blamed not manufacturers.

You have just explained the principle of smoking cigs. Liberals try to blame manufactures for making such a fetal and addicting product. But in the case with four wheelers the death is 100% user error.
I doubt they could ban four wheels, because what about dirt bikes, and what about motorcycles such as street bikes. Where does it end, seriously??

GOD DAMIT i hate the damn news. I mean seriously its the riders decision to ride it and the parents decision to let them ride it.
