i was wondering if anybody has a idea for me about my exhaust i have the fmf fatty and i think the powercoreII but not sure due to the sticker being gone my prob is that it leaks on the joint i have used a boot clamp and it just melted and on my buddys blasty is the same setup other than his silencer has a tighter flange was wondering if i got ripped on my silencer anyway if anybody has an idea it would be greatly appreciated

I bought a radiator hose went in parts store and located a good size chopit and 2 hose clamps....

i use a pice of rubber and just calmp it with a hose clamp works fine for me and does not leak

I use radiator hose also its one for big rigs so it has a higher heat capacity works great.

maybe your silencer needs re packed if it melted the boot clamp seeing as your buddie runs the same and his is fine

im led to belive that a silencer is warmer if it needs re packed as if you put a sticker on and it burns up or goes away completley then it needs re packed with steel wool
