thats funny because he paid $3100 for it shipped from a rev tech dealership out of west virginia i believe. i think it is only the 88, but still. you can get a 125 for less than 5 grand if you search. sorry, not trying to be a dick. just had a bad day. and i know they can do more than slap parts together. they have the skills to make a bike from scratch. i used to watch that show every week. and rarely do they actually fab parts. and when they do, they have the guy who doesnt know a thing about bikes do it on the cnc machine and flojet. i'd be pissed if i payed a small fortune for a bike to represent a company, and then saw the show on t.v. and saw how they built it out of magazines.

like i said, i apologize if i come across as a dick to you. ive just had a really bad day

No offence taken bro. I just know i payed about 8 grand for a little 110 and that was the best i could do with the options i wanted. I myself enjoy the show and say i could do that if i had the money and could beings i am a cnc machinist and a unlimited certified welder in the state of NC with 30 yrs experiance. :)
 
i watched this...its a complete waist of my time. ther eis nothing custom about the bike. i honestly thought they'd make a frame, a-arms, steering stem, swingarm etc. the part with susan is lame also...shes my g/f cousion and live about 1.5 miles down the road from me where i ride.... honestly no BS.

my 300ex is more custom them athat YZF will ever be. they didnt even gusset the stock frame!

my buddy needs a tv show to really show what a custom atv is...look at the quad in the front page...custom 250x with yzf426 motor and nothing stock lol.

stupid OCC, id like 2 hours of my life back now.
