how do i clean my K&N air filter?

take it off, hose it down, oil it up with the K&N oil that comes with the re charge kit and your good to go

big NO on motor oil, gotta have air filter oil, use a little, then go get a k&n filter oil, comes in a re charge kit, or iv seen em in bottles such as a bottle that windex comes in

didnt they tell you when you bought that overpriced, dirt flowing POS, that you also need special cleaner and oil for it ???????

you need to buy the paper-filter cleaner and oil. You could probably find it at an autoparts store

Yes get the recharge kit- and an outerwares cover.
You HAVE to use the paper filter oil.

You can get a clamp on but make sure you don't go threw any water.
