a arms please help

A ball joint or tie rod fork will work for you. Also the stock ball joints cannot be removed,in order to replace them you will need to to get a new/used a-arm.

Step 1: Take the castle nut off
Step 2: Turn the castle nut upside down and screw it onto the top of the lower ball joint.
Step 3: Use a rubber mallet(fairly large), and hit the top of the ball joint stud w/ the castle nut attached, also hit the side of the spindle, where the stud is attached, it's a taper fit for the lower and once it's loose, it's loose.

Step 4: once it pops out of socket, apply a little pressure, push up on lower ball joint, and remove the castle nut.

Step 5: Remove the pinch bolt from the upper a-arm and tap the sides of it and hit it hard w/ the heaviest rubber mallet, you have got. Should pop out...

Step 6: Repeat steps 1 and 2 after removing the cotter pins for the tie-rod ends.
Step 7: Hit the tie-rod ends w/ the attached castle nut, these are much harder, the tapered fit it much tighter... USE a BFH (a mallet, do not strip the threads either...

Step 8: If all this fails.... Go the zone and do what they said and get a pickle fork or pitman arm puller..., but place something in between the pick fork and the spindle... It's super easy to rip the ball joints, and rubber boots of the tie rod ends w/ the pickle fork.
