a-arm question...

i took the blaster apart to give a good cleaning and paint the frame... when taking off the a-arms i hammered on the lower a-arm bolt and now cannot get the nut back on... is there anything i can do to get it back on or do i need to buy new a-arms? thankz for the help

so you just damaged the threads? you can get a dye and rework the threads like super said or find a new bolt if its that bad. take a close look at it you might be able to carefully file down some of the threads to get it started then it should be fine as long as its not cross threaded

try the dye trick to clean them up, and a new bolt wont work, there is no bolt, he damaged the end of the ball joint, if that doesnt work, holler at me, i have 2 sets of very good condition a-arms i got from 1bad442, but then bought asr +3's, so have an extra set i will sell, balljoints are all tight
