Hey everyone i am new to this forum but i have had my blaster for 6 years. I just started my own company called vicious performance while i am attending MMI. One of my first projects is A-arm and Swing arm extensions. I have never tried others but i have noticed they are all made from Aluminum. I am currently fabricating brackets made from 1/4 inch steel for the swing arm and 1/8 inch for A-arms. They will be a tad bit heavier but should withstand twice what aluminum ones can for those that plan to race. As soon as i get my blaster completed i will post pictures and open my website for selling. All brackets will be powder coated or polished and will have a 1 year warrenty and both kits will extend up to 6 inches. If anyone wishes to extend further i will fab some up but will not have a warrenty. I just want to know everyones input good or bad. Thanks guys.

welcome, sounds like some cool ideas, we love pics here!

one more thing bro. we have some rules if ya wanna sell stuff, its stickied in the for sale section forum

welcome, and your plan sounds good, keep us posted with pics

They sound alright man, i dont know how i feel about the steel a-arms, but the swingers sound alright. just make sure they are solid, there are a lot of cheap swingers out there that break really easy. And on this site, someone has tried one of them all. Make sure your welds are clean and strong.

make sure you have some fine print to back up your warranty, i've seen people learn the hard way modifying and warrantying stuff, someone gets hurt or die's and they have a piece of paper that says warranty and your name on it you can get in real deep real fast, just fair warning

if youre gonna go balls to the wall with your biz, a suggestion would be to include a proper length chain with the extended swinger kit. would save your customers leg work and i think it would be prosperous for your biz.
