Were do I start? I bought this new only one owner in I think 91 pulled the oil injection pump first ride jetted it. After a season needed more power. pipe, air box LRD ported, clutch more jetting getting a little better. Another winter Arlan LRD built her a 240 sleved, ported ,shaved, 35tm carb, adjustable LRD 240 pipe,more jetting ran better.
But still not a 410 banshee I was riding. It would hall her 132lbs not my 190 I was importing 1000s of car motors from Japan you know those 30k low miles and my broker came over from japan and went with us riding he'ed never been on a quad rode the blaster had a blast he told me that he had 100s of dt motors in piles I could have as many as I wanted. I asked for 1 he sent me 5. So total tear down converted to water dt200 rz,rad & fan more (jetting) power coated frame, disc brakes off a 90 banshee front and back, 4" swing arm dura blue axcaliber 2+ axle, cascade seat, when they were a van conversion shop. The dt tranny is taller gears and with the power was much nicer to ride. Was talking to Arlan how do I make it faster and of corse big bore, stroker $$$ !!! So dt240 3mm (and more g.d. JETTING!) this 1993 I think it was the first sand fest coos bay and this thing halled my 190lb ass in the 250 under class including Honda 250rs and there fast, Too 2nd place finsh. probably the best weekend we ever had 5 years dating 3 years married thousands in bikes & toys and then big D in 98 . My 13 year old was born 3 years when we divorced. Kids don't do it till your 25 maybe, its not worth it. In 2003 my boy rode the blaster at the beach first time it had been started years ran good his grandpa the ex-father inlaw said it got hot and stopped running 5 years ago. Now 10/15/08 I just put a spare cylinder and head, new gaskets in it a week ago. It had been out of my hands since 98. My boy wants a 450 yzf so I told him save your money or sell your stuff so here it is. 91 dt200 blaster for sale w/ or w/out a stock air cooled 240 LRD ported complete motor, dt200/240 yellow cylinder &head pined ypvs spare dt motor.a tub of dt parts and factory microfiche 85 dt 200 bike. I called vancover bc yamaha dealer and ordered the parts no problem I would like to see him get 2500$ but in this economy I'm realistic more than my ex-wife she reminded me we have over 14k in the bike in the good old days. too the first ?

its in parts stole the bore off it to get the bike runing again to make sure its ok the bore I have for it is a 240 w/pined power valve 200.00 ish

too the second ? lake oswego oregon ( portland ) I have a smoking fed-ex rates

1 dt200 bottom end I have all the parts
2 dt200 wire harnesses
3 dt lrd sleved 240 bore and head
4 stock motor was less than 6 months old total time toomie springs clutch
and lrd 240 bore & port job with head gasket
std piston in 240 bore

Would one of those Liquid cooled cylinders bolt on to a blaster botom end?
if so that would be sweet all you have to buy is the cylinder/head and bolt that one and fab up mounts for a radiator
 
The blaster is available for 2200 it would come with the stock whole mtr w/low hrs &240 lrd bore, a spair dt 200 mtr in parts, and the 240 dt water cooled bore.

The dt cyl just drops on but!! you'll need the dt side cover the water pump assy the out put gear on the crank dt clutch basket the dt has much deeper gear cuts. twice the hp. The dt water pump gear won't mesh with crank gear --things I had to learn the hard way AND you just found out by reading a bout it .

The stock air W/240 bore needs hone & piston 350.

I realy want to give the other dt to the buyer of the blaster great for spair parts and I have all the micro fiche for the dt bike/w mtr
I hade no problem getting parts gaskets from bc yamaha. thanks.

i want a dt how much it doesnt have to be big bore i just need a liquid cooled motor mine over heats to much out hear so pm plz i rly need one and sum what cheap i cant find a motor on ebay so plz help me out hear thanks pm
 
do you have a Big Bore cylinder? not the DT but the air cooled? pm me... OH! and price of any dt cylinder w/ power valve and etc.
 
yes I do it would be nice to sell the whole motor with the lrd 240 boost ported /re doomed head
all 450.
