Ok sorry guys half of the rebuild is complete. My blaster lost compression and all power one day while riding and compression was at 70 psi so it was time fore a Top end rebuid!! Pulled her apart and found some surprises!! Pictures are coming! First pulled the reeds out and saw that one reed pedal was stuck about 1/8th of an inch open! SO i put some vitos dual stage carbon flex reeds on order! While looking at the intake i found a pretty cool surprise! My motor was already ported!! Well i have no idea who ported and dont know how to find out. (see pics). Well anyways i put a WSM Plautim Top end rebuild kit on order also. Also found out my Top piston ring was stuck and it has been the hardest ring i have ever pulled out!! So i through her back together and found out my tranny is really screwed up. Has been for a while. So i called up my friend who i have work on my motor when i dont know what the problem is and or how to fix it. he is a expericaned builder and does a very good job. He said he will trade me straight up his extra bottom for mine straight up. Cant thank him enough! So i am waiting for him to deliver the bottom end and am getting some front wheel spacers from him to!! well get alot more pics and videos are coming

you do know if that reed was stuck open, you could not have been getting an accurate compression reading ????
but you did find a stuck ring, and bad tranny in the process, and PORTING !!!!!!!

yes awk i know i didnt get a accurate reading. but that was before i found a stuck reed. and i could tell it was running horribly besides the reeds.

that does look pretty stock, unless there are tool marks by the openings of the ports that we can't see in those pictures?

with that stuck ring I'd say that the compression was probably that low

ha not really this sucks. anyone wanna trade cylinder thats ported for mine that just got honed lol.
