88 blaster help fuel in stator

got it cheap put on new top end new reeds rebuilt carb still won't start opened stator cover fuel fell out anybody got any ideas???:-/

thats what i would say, pull the flywheel and take a look

crank case seal... if you have the equipment, do a leakdown test to check the seal before you order a new one, but changing it without splitting the cases isnt too tricky if your a bit practically minded. soapy water on the seal without the flywheel and stator in place, and have a friend kick it over with full throttle and look for bubbles!
