79 honda cm400t 7,493 original miles!!! runs rides clean clear title, rode it home!! ding in the tank, headlight shroud cracked and rip in a seem on the seat, battery is junk but fires on the first kick cold or warm...


guy got a dui on it so it had to go.....


i scored it for $350 bucks!!!


i wanted to do a full bobber but the wife wont let me ditch the seat and go solo.... so im satin blackin everything, no front fender, i orderd european bars ( step up from drag bars) cuttin rear fender down and taken the sissy bar off, gotta figure out what im gonna do for pipes though

never.. i gotta do something with the exhaust for sure, if i do anything else it will be uni clamp ons

yes i still have the lt.. undecided if im still gonna sell it.. the $$ would be nice to put a clutch, headers and struts in my mazda though

looks like a sweet candidate for a cafe racer cut the pipes and clamp on a set of supertraps, pod filters, jet it, and chop and modify the subframe. the euro bars are a start.I:I

its gonna be a super low buck project i can ride, hell the bars i ordered were only 23 bucks!!! like i said if the wife wasnt gonna ride on it with me, it would get low buck hard tailed, and chopped subframe and a solo seat.... i may still do it and tell her to buy a bike lol

some of the later cafe racer/bobber themes now incorporate mx parts like renthal sprockets, protaper bars, modern upside down mx forks, plenty of mx billet parts,, its an awesome look when done correctly.. there is a guy in socal that smashes harleys and other comparable street bikes with blown up or wrecked KTM dirtbikes

the bars i ordered look simmaler to mx bars but sweep back a little more for street comfort
