Okay i read about 10 threads. Do you have to modify your airbox for a 400ex rear shock to fit your blaster? I could not find a diy on it. people say you just get the bushings an drill. Is that all? And YES I USED THE SEARCH FORUM BUTTON

when i did mine it did rub the airbox a little but i just let it wear itself in lolol I:I
no it was just rubbing a little, it did crack the lid but i took that off anyways I:I
yeah i took the lid off my and pu an outerwears on it. so no major modding? Like no reconstruction of the airbox?
Thanks. Mine is actually the Z400. Same body but apparently a little stiffer. They tend to be cheaper and cleaner though.

Thanks man. If you can view them there I have pics in my build thread "First Complete Blaster Build" If you go that way get Oconnors Bushings and drill the bottom mount on the shock. It is a 15 minute job (assuming your old one comes out easy).
yeah the first time i tried to take out my top shock bolt it wouldnt budge. Cause of all that dirt in there. But yes i will goo in there now and see if it will let me see.
