i would modify the mounts on the frame and swingarm. but i neverr done it so i cant say, do you know about banshee shocks on the front or no, i hear you can do that too.
banshee shocks bolt right up noprob and they are a big step up from stock, also im getting my 400ex shock tomorow and will take pics on mouting and mods needed. I think there is pics of it alraedy in this thread?
You need to drill out the bottom mount on the shock one size bigger and put a spacer inside it. Then you need to get a spacer for the top mount as well. You also have to cut off the front right fender bracket on the frame and on the fender. Then you should be all set.
