is a 39 mm kehim carb to big or work for stock blaster with pipe and high compression piston

It's pretty big. It'll probably work, but you'll lose a ton of bottom end. Most quads with 240 kits and +4 stroker cranks only have 35mm carbs at most. A 39 on a stock blaster is way too big.

Just to put it into perportion, that's the carb we set up our dune ported ESR 330 R kits on gasoline with. So yes, way too big for your 195cc blaster.
