+3 crank questions

I've got him reprofiling a head for me should be done next week as he is only 30 mins drive from me but thanks for your help. I'm thinking of putting the +3 in my spare engine and letting him port and do the port timing too not too sure on the machining etc for the +4

they can machine it them self but it £30 extra i think are they good i was thinking of sending my engine of to them but would b worth the effort 4 me going 1 da uk
 
It is 180+vat extra for the machining pal that's why I'd rather buy the vitos and spend the 215(ish) on a forged piston, gaskets etc
 
So guys got in touch with a uk company as I had a sticker on my quad and my cylinder had a number underneath the inlet. Anyway they said December 2009 my cylinder got bored to a 72 mm then replated to 72.01 ( or something like that). So it looks like it is nikasil plated afterall! So I don't know what to do with it now. They said they can reweld the exhaust port, rebore and replate then ship back to me for £160 (260 dollars ish) how good is a la sleeve in a standard bore? Thanks again
