I now have 3 blasters...
It appears to be a mid-late 90's, i haven't decoded the vin..
The guy was asking $350 i paid $250.
The motor is seized or there is an issue with the kick lever, i havent had time to open it up to be sure. It has a keihin PJ34 carb and an fmf fatty pipe. its all there, even the head light!

Plans are to rebuild this for my 10 year old step son. first pull it apart to measure the bore and see if there is any port work done. If not its heading over to ken for his port work and a fresh bore. Hopefully he can help with jetting the PJ with the porting.

Anyway here it is...

Ok, i got busy last night... took a good look at this thing and decided to pull the clutch cover thinking i would find the kick lever spring installed wrong and BINGO... its not seized!! The dummy i got it from did not use a gasket on the clutch cover either ??

Started looking at the carb and noticed the clutch actuator has been bent to fit around the carb. he also adjusted the clutch to just about the loosest setting.. this thing had to be slipping. i think i have a reed spacer layin around somewhere.

Once i got the carb out i noticed they used the stock boot?? somehow melted to fit the larger carb.. sealant everywhere.. noway this didnt leak.

you can see its cracked all the way through and they used caulk to seal it!!

got the motor to the bench. btw i dont think this motor has ever been pulled. the only bolts on this thing that are not stripped are the motor mounts..
they welded on the shift lever?? wtf?

heres the carb.. didnt look at the jetting yet, im guessing its way to big to account for all the air leaks

no point in running a larger carb on a stock engine.

they work fine on stock bores if you have mods to accompany.

like a right bend pipe and porting
