my blaster almost blew up yesterday.. i cud head the piston calking up and down grooving the cylander so i imediatly stopped and took it apart.. i found the piston was starting to groove, the cylander didnt groove but if i left that other piston in there im sure it would be a goner.. so anyway now that its time to rebuild the top end im thinkign about just buying a 240 kit.. the vitos 240 comes with the correct jet size for a stock carb like i have and piston and all that stuff. but as for the intake reed valve and exaust.. i already have an fmf fatty and core 2 silencer, wil this be sufficient at exspelling the gas?? and what reed valve should i buy to aid the flow for the new jet size.. as for the intake what should i do get a pod fileter or keep the airbox? i took the airbox lid off already cuz i thougth it was a waste of power to begin with. and for the drive system im planning on getting 14/40 gearing that way all the new power doesnt go streight to the accel. what do you guys think?

and are 240 kits hard to handle? should i get wheel spacers or sumthin to help control it?
