hi everyone. im new hear but im getting a blaster in a few days. it needs a new top end. i want to buy the 240 sleeve and wiseco to put in it. what size jets should i need? what kind of head work is needed for the 240? any info is appreciated. thanks alot, collin

It probably would be easier and cost about the same to get a big bore kit, unless you can get it resleeved cheap. Plus the kit comes with the necessary headwork and is ready to install.
it is about
80 for the sleeve
150 or so to get the old sleeve removed and put in
130 for a piston
70 for head mod
30 for gaskets
+shipping for the head work
that puts you around 500.
then i would get it ported about 140.
get a Vitos kit - they have more room for power with the 12 port setup.
then get it ported and a new piston - their cast pistons are crap.
the head work is needed to make it fit the 72mm bore of the big bore, a good builder will also rechamber it to get it to run better.
