240 big bore what bore am I on

the piston says 1.00 is there any bore left in this sleeve? its a 240 big bore is all I know

If its a vito's 240 and assuming the 1.00 means 72mm + 1mm then its on its last bore, only real way to tell would be to mic the cylinder tho
