2004 Blaster wont start NEED HELP!

Okay i need some help. I have a 2004 blaster been running it for years. Recently it stopped starting. Ive gone through the whole thing switching the coil with a new one and draining and changing the fuel and oil. It has compression and spark. I took the head off today to see if the rings were good and they were as well. Im completely clueless now what to do. Any help will be much appreciated thanks,

How much compression does it have?

as much as it had since ive got it. Is there a certain number i should have?

over 100 psi.......check your reeds.....is fuel getting in to the engine

The plug has been dry so i guess not how do you know if your reeds are bad?
