I have a 2001 blaster, i was riding around last weekend, got done. shut it off, went to move it again to load onto trailer, no clutch. i could shift into all gears, let off clutch and wouldnt move or shut off.

i have since replaced the gear oil, and tighten my chain(not sure if that will help??) and can barely get it to move in first, i have to rock it to move then it will barely putts around the yard..

is my clutch fried? if so what do you parts do you recommend for replacement?

did it go from running great 2 nothing? and it takes just under 3/4 of a quart. I think if its over filled it will slip 2. wierd it just stopped all at once with no warning. has it been slipping any in high gears? u check cable? ajustment on clutch lever? well if that does not help new clutches r not that bad to put in. i like this barnett clutch

my brother was riding it, i cant tell the signs of what happen, i know we were riding around trails for 1-2 hrs on and off... stopped last time around, went to move around, nothing.. can put into and rock it around and it will putt half mph or so...
i emptied the fluid and refilled to the specs on side of case.

i can see the cable move ontop of the case
not sure how to adjust clutch????

^ perhaps making your own thread would yield better results.

to the OP: I concur with others it doesn't sound like a problem that would crop up all at once, did it slip at all when you were riding it? Linkage problems ususally work opposite, the clutch won't disengage.

If it were me, I would pull the side cover and inspect everything at this point.
