2001 blaster 600$ later please help

I have yet still no luck tore it all back apart again today if any insightful people could call me and answer some questions I would apericate it 614 843 3384
 
Update I finally got it fixed and yes float at 21.5 mm check with digital tool. My problem was that brand new adjustable stator, took it off put old one on and runs like champ now I can brake in the nee piston and rings. I must say I was a little disapointed in the lack of info I got from users on this forum but none the less thanks for anyone who replied I apericate it a lot. Happy riding
 
what's that adjustable timing plate set at ?
i've heard some horror stories about them !
throw your stock stator back in

woodruff key in flywheel in properly ?

check those and report back

You are kidding me right? The second reply said to throw in the old one...

Have you leakdown tested? if not, do it. if you blow it up, we can tell you exactly what happened if you didnt test for leaks.
No spraying fluid on the engine wont test it for leaks.
 
WOW. I've never seen anybody complain about 3 pages of advice. Like Herp said, if you would have followed the advice in the second post it would have been fixed a long time ago. Anyway glad you got it fixed.
 
I didn't mean to complain and I had to get the tool back to pull off the fly wheel before I put the old one back on I didn't want to mess up the fly wheel. Also I do t no how to do a leak down test
 
I just thought with this being the biggest forum for blasters I would get a lot more replys. Maybe everyone was just as confused as I was o well thanks for the help guys.
