2001 banshee axle in 96 blaster

I know theres other threads on topic but nobody says for sure what fit what.Does anybody know for sure if a 01 banshee axle will fit a 96 blaster. Do I have to change carrier or anything else. Thanks,

you have to put some sort of spacer in and if u want it to be just a bolt up then get a 03+ carrier
