1996 yamaha blaster

hey i am new to this forum and i got a few questions about my blaster. I took it to a local dealership to get carb rebuilt and they told me that i needed better compression so i got new piston and rings put that in and got it running and now i think it is locked up what do i do?

open the engine up and see whats locked up. could be crank bearings.

Who put the piston in and did you break it in the rite way?
