1996 blaster

i have a 1996 and i was kicking it over and then it froze i took the kick starter of and it was spun , replaced it and it still doesnt kick over it acts like its stuck any ideas it was just rebuilt. but needs a new clutch. any body wanna buy it for 300.00 for everything. or have any ideas on what it could be.i havent taken the top end off yet.

where r u located? i Think the best thing to do would be to take the head off and see whats goin on.
