1993 Blaster Wont Start, I have Spark, I have Fuel, I have Air =(

hey guys I'm having trouble turning on my 1993 blaster. I mean everything is good just replaced the needle valve system in the carburetor and the problem is that the spark plug isn't getting gas its dry. Can I get some help with that? Thanks
