1986 Blaster Won't Run

I rode it a few weeks ago before buying it. The guy I bought it from was storing it at a friends house till I could pick it up. TO make sure the guy who's house it was at didn't ride it he grounded out a wire. I didn't know about this until I got it home and now the engine doesn't run, weak spark, bird's nest for wires, reeds are good, plenty of gas, have an idea that it might be a dirty magneto or the CDI box is bad. The wires are correct according to the schematic.

Anyone have any other ideas what it might or might not be?!?!

blaster didnt come out in till 88 maybee its a 96 and check out your TORS

yeah i know... thats why i said that...

my blaster had no spark too, i checked the igniton coil, the stator and also the handle bar run switch. i finaly realized the wire to the TORS brains was still plugged in, after i unplugged it, i had strong spark and the handle bar switch still shut off the engine.
