1984 klt 110 gas tank holes.

I had them before and i had them welded. Two months later a bunch more pinholes apear right in the bottom of the tank dead center. How do i fix this. Anyone have a tank i can buy

Good luck finding a tank for it.I have a klt160 and the 110,160 and I believe one more model all use te same gas tank.They are very hard to find and very rare.I got mine with no seat and tank,it came with an xr dirtbike tank and seat.I was able to find a seat but still looking for a tank that doesn't break the bank.Your best bet for a decent fix(but may look ugly lol) would be to fiberglass the tank using matting,resin etc Then repaint it.
