ight im painting my frame and everything so i went to take the a arms off the frame got them off then the little caps all fell off they r not supposed to just fall off r they? and i cant get the bottom a arm to come off its off the frame i cant get it off the tire any suggestions

If your talking about the dust caps, yes they fall off and its common for them to fall right off when removing the a-arms
what do you mean you cant get the tire off? Get the tire off the hub? Make sure you use a rubber mallet so you dont do any damage. Try using some leverage too, put a small pipe over a ratchet and then just push it should be alot easier.
PB blaster FTW!!! yes the caps just fall off there just dust caps, try putting a block of wood over the impact point and hit the wood with the mallet, that will help keep from messing up anything
I think He might be talking about the ball joints. If that's the case I would not suggest removing them unless you absolutely have to. They are a pain in the *** to get back on as they spin in the socket of the ball joint. If you do feel the need to remove them get a tie rod separator. They are only about $10. If you need to pound on it 4cfed's idea with the wood block works well but if that's not an option turn the castle nut over and thread it on till its flush with the stud then give it a whack and that should help you keep from messing up the threads
