1" spacers??

Are there such things as 1" spacers for the rear?? My new tires on the stock rims hit the side of the metal heel protector thingies around hard corners...I think just when the tire is under lots of load and flattens out a bit. I could just cut the metal back a bit...because it just barely hits it a tiny bit sometimes....but 1" spacers woudl be cool!!

Lemme know what you got. Not interested in those 4 little stud thingies...just the solid chunks of metal!

I'm sure that could work, but I'm looking for something a little more substantial.

How old is the chain?If it is streched you might be able to replace it and get the clearance you need.
