06 blaster with 02 blaster motor

Did this engine swap and everything went good but the stock harness on the 02 motor has one less wire then the 06 It is green with white stripe and i cant get any fire out of the bike is this wire an issue

ground that wire and ull get fire. Just did it to mine,and removed all unused wiring.

thanks man but i tried it just now didnt work.all the other wires mounted right up by colors the green one was just an extra.Any other suggestions

i just re-read what u typed,you sure its Green/White?? or Green/Yellow.

orange is ignition coil and spark plug
black/red is coil side of cdi and goes to magneto
solid black cdi ground
yellow/black cut goes to throttle and carb switch
green yellow goes to park brake switch
black/white on/off and key
white red pickup side of cdi to magneto
green/ white charging side of cdi goes to magneto

hmm,you sure ur stator is good?

everything was good 06 had a blown bottom end and the 05 had a blown top end is there a way to troubleshoot the stator
