04 blaster wont start or idle

i have an 04 blaster that isnt running right it started out by not idleing then it started cutting out when i touched the throttle at all and now it just wont start i dont know what it is does anyone have an idea let me know

Check reeds.

Do a leak down test.

the carb is clean i will check the reeds but i dont have a leak down tester
