i got a brand new one from the dealer for $30, the black one is like $40-$45.
not sure if any site sponsors have links to the online parts fiche, but check out my local dealer at North Carolina Yamaha Kawasaki Motorcycle ATV Dealer - Matthews Fun Machines - Polaris Watercraft Utility-vehicle Scooter and click on Parts>Online Parts fiche and select the 03 blaster SE, go to front fender, should be #8.
