I have a 03 blaster with full fmf exhaust when I start it the blaster idles really high I just went from a stock exhaust and it idles high and I turn down the idle but still high idle but I put stock back on and it runs great can someone help me

Did you re-jet the carb for the new pipe? Running lean maybe? Air screw adjustment?
 
Any change in breathing requires a jetting adjustment.

Altering the main jet size will not affect the idle, the idle has to be adjusted as follows.

Idle adjusting.

Set float level.

Start with air screw 1.5 turns out.

Set idle screw so that it has some sort of idle. With TORS it is the big screw under seat on top of unit. With no TORS is is the brass screw midway down carb body.

Warm up motor and then set idle screw for a faster idle, 2000rpm+

Adjust air screw either way to get the fastest idle.

Adjust air screw a little at a time leaving 10 secs or until the motor to responds.

Re adjust idle screw for desired idle .
