Hey guys, newbie here, first post, just a quick couple of questions, sorry to start with a question, been a lurker for a while.

anyway my question is as follows, a few weeks ago my kid was riding the blaster and ended up Rolling it, nothing damaged except the Handlebars. They were bent left so steering was pulling that direction, ended up replacing the bars and I've still got some pull to the left. I life the quad and spin the wheels and the left wheel isn't going around as many rotations as the right, however even when the bars were bent it didn't seem to be pulling as bad as it is. Bars are straight, suspension and arms are about the same height as best as I can tell with a tape measure, Tie rods same length, everything appears to be as it should be. thats where it gets Tricky, I dont think its brake rub but I'm new to this stuff.

My second question is this, My nephew works at a powder coat place. and I can get anything done I want for free, I'd like to get the stock a arms Coated, and the grab bar to match my black Handlebars. but I dont wanna screw up the ball Joints. best I can discern from the net, is that you cant Powdercoat these without effing up the ball joint right? or is there a way, i'd prefer to clean it up best i can but cant justify buying aftermarket a arms for it.

Thanks a ton in advance everybody

ball joints will melt in the oven but there are some here that have figured out a way round it apparently(lil3mil) I would guess that you have a bent spindle. does everything look straight on the quad? is the wheel tilted at all? any noise when you spin the damaged wheel?

it looks straight to me, but I do hear a squeak when rolling it, though I think that's the rear brake, my wife sorta rides with the break on no matter how many times I try and tell her not to, and it makes the exact same noise, only constant. doesn't do this when I ride it, and when riding I dont hear anything other than the engine really so its not squeaking to a really loud extent. but when I push it or roll it down the ramps I hear a squeak every couple seconds from somewhere, as if its squeaking on the same spot every time. like I said though I cant guarantee its the front left tire squeaking. there doesn't appear to be any damage to anything at this point. I just know it pulls left. sucks. I can fix computers and servers and networks and anything like that all day long, put an engine in front of me and I'm clueless

actually in just now spinning the wheels Its not the left that squeeks, but the front right did. however when I spin them the left tire still only spins about half as much as the right. tire looks to be 90 degrees to me

Pressure is off only a little, not even a single psi. Not nearly enough to cause that much pull at least. Unfortunately after the handlebars pressure was the first thing I tried

okay, just trying to rule that out, ive seen a lot of folks chase an issue and spend a bunch of money on parts, only to find out it was something simple.
have you cheked your tie rod measurements?
is the frame straight?

Eyes can be deceiving. If you have a 2x4 or anything long enouph to use as a strait edge line it up with back and front wheels to check the toe of each side or possible signs of uneveness to a bent frame.
