Looking to upgrade my axle and brakes. So I'm in the market for a 03+ carrier or a new style banshee carrier. Let me know guys! PayPal ready! Thanks

any banshee axle will fit in any blaster axle. but if you are going for the actual blaster hydo setup, 03 and newer carrier only. but you can make or buy kits to fit hydro brakes on 88-02 blaster carriers. the only thing with banshee axles, they have fixed brake rotors. the blaster didn't go to fixed rotors till 03 when they switched to hydro brakes. so keep that in mind.

Any year banshee to 03+ blaster carrier

like said, remember the brakes change, if you want 03+ brakes on you blaster, the foot lever wont fit up

edit: any year banshee axle*

You can't safely run a fixed rotor and a fixed caliper. Some people have done it by shimming the caliper to line up. Once the pads start to wear, the caliper starts bending the rotor sideways. Eastcoast ATV makes an aluminum piece to mount the Banshee caliper fixed to run with a Blaster axle with a floating disc. If you run the Banshee axle, you have to use the Banshee fixed brake hub, and you need to run a floating caliper. To mount that, you need an 03-06 Blaster carrier. Does that make sense now?

Good score on getting the 03-06 footpeg. I hope you got the 03-06 brake pedal. If you use the Banshee rear master, be careful where you mount it so that the swingarm doesn't hit the banjo bolt. The Blaster rear master has the banjo bolt on the top instead of on the left side where the Banshee is located

except with the opposing dual pistons of the gsxr calipers i use in my kits.
same as they are mounted on the gsxr's they come from, disc and caliper both solidly mounted
each piston moves it's respective pad whatever distance needed to contact the disc,
then even pressure to both pads, for even pad wear.

It's definitely 03+ peg. Although I may be selling it because I'm probably going with AWK08's rear setup. The sprocket on the blaster works on the banshee axle right? So all I need is the fixed rotor with the axle?

yes, both shee/blaster sprocket hubs are the same, you'll need the shee brake hub/disc to use the shee axle

btw....just the 03 peg/pedals are hard to find, check ebay and get what it's worth :)
