01 yamaha blaster clutch

The ball is easy to miss or loose.Or it may just be stuck in there.Pull off your clutch cable and take the preasure plate off.Now try moving your actuator arm.Should move freely. If not take outer rod out and check to make sure its not bent. And pull the inner rod out if you can.A magnet works or pull the actuator out and see if you cant feed a peice of bailing wire threw there and push it out.I would replace the inner rod and new bearing. Its possible the actuator is pushing the rod all the way in and then it hangs up on the back side of the clutch mechanism.Just a thought.Check he actuator bearing as well.

cant get the inner clutch rod to come out by air because case has a little hole that needs to be welded. think im gonna pull it apart to get the old one out and the new one in.

While you got it apart, get the hole welded, kill 2 birds with one stone!

fur sure. Ill get all I can done while its out. might even paint the frame. either red or black. thinking black.

there are 3 bolts for the engine. one is under the frame. someone had JB weld covering it.
I got most of it off. after that I will have the engine out no problem.
