Hey all,
I have a 2001 Yamaha Blaster and i have decided to purchase a new piston.

This is the kit i'm looking at

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Wiseco-PK10...ash=item3f55cdebd2:g:HFoAAOSwu4BV4Z4q&vxp=mtr

It is a Wiseco 67.75mm bore piston.

The kit includes the following:
- 2668CD - 67.75 MM RING SET
- 573M06775 - YAM YFS200 BLASTER PRO-LITE 2668CD
- B1005 - TOP END BEARING 16 X 21 X 22.5mm
- CW16 - ROUND WIRE PIN LOCKS 16MM (PAIR)
- Gasket
- Gasket Kit
- S486 - PIN-16MM X 2.1752 -UNCHROMED-*2 CY
- W5232 - GASKET KIT-YAM YSF200 BLASTER 88-06

First off would the piston fit without any problems?

Do i need to do anything else to accomodate the bigger piston?

When swapping the piston, are there any more parts i should replace other than the ones mentioned?

you failed to tell us why ?
has it seized ?
just worn out/low compression ?
you want the pretty felt bag the piston comes in ? (LOL)

do you plan to have the cylinder bored/honed to accept this new piston ?
did a professional shop inspect/measure the cylinder and tell you that size was required to renew the old cylinder bore ?

either way, thats a good kit, but throw that green paper base gasket out and get an OEM or Cometic only

No one can answer the question wether the piston will fit until you furnish the measurements of the cylinder that it is to be put into.

The cylinder must be measured for size, out of round and taper, before anything can be ordered.
