It's going to depend on the crank being installed. I charge $175 for complete teardown/assembly labor. That includes teardown/cleaning/inspecting/reasembling the engine and the required case sealant. Seals and gaskets are extra, as well as any parts found to be worn or broken. If the crank is a +4mm or larger stroke I charge $75 for case trenching plus price of epoxy work for larger than 4mm.
