Yes the clutch is fully disengaging and there are no holes or cracks in the case. Fluid is still full and that was the first ride on fresh tranny fluid. I am doing some work for someone and they are gonna pull it apart and fix whatever is wrong with it for me so it will be getting fixed soon...

How hard was it to find the donor bike or did you already have it sitting around? I'm kind of thinking of attempting this build. Did you have to cut your frame at all? If you have any advice for doing this build (i.e. the mods that need to be done) or was it really just motor mounts and exhaust?
