I ended up sending the motor off to Ken O'Connor to get a top end rebuild, and have the head modded. Can't wait to get it back. Thank you for the great advice.

What sort of modification should I have done to the head? Just have it machined? Is it worth the extra $60 as far as performance?

I am debating whether to have Ken O'Connor Racing bore my cylinder and send me a new piston, rings, and gaskets, or to just buy the complete new top end kit off of eBay. To have Ken do bore the cylinder, parts, and return shipping would cost about $260 + shipping on my end. The kit on eBay runs...
