Got the case back they did a very good job. Quick question: I'm putting a 240 bigbore on it , fmf pipes everything else is stock right now. Will my stock carb work ok for now until I get a bigger one?
It was welded inside and out and the ports end up midway between the liner and the stud hole I drilled a locator hole thru the fins from the bottom up then .75 from the top down and it is positioned by the hole in the bottom fin and uses long studs like some early DTs
There is very littly epoxy (combined 1/8 tube of jb) at most and the black is Durabake
usually used for weapons
thanks for the clutch info. i am gonna order the 240 clutch kit since my quad has been bored 40 over. i may need to ask more questions when i get into it since this will be my first time putting a clutch in.
yo, the lakota owner just called me, seems the new power it has spun the splines out of the rear wheel hub, hahahaa
got any clue what other kawi hubs may fit, i'm not seeing any for the lakota ????
needle info.
so i have a jjh needle and i need to slightly lean the upper middle range out, the rest is dialed but i still have a rich bog about 1/2-3/4 throttle. everybody says lean out the needle and i am just now gonna have enough extra cash to get back at the bike. do you have one i could get from you?
